Dear Fellow Wisewoman,
Are you ready to start down the road to reinventing, restructuring, or reclaiming the woman you are meant to be? I hope so and I am really happy you are here.
I have been a licensed psychotherapist for over 20 years and in that time, I have heard a lot and walked through fire and flames with many people. I discovered along the way that midlife women are suffering. I began to really focus on how to help lead you to where you feel better about yourself than you have ever felt before or at least you haven't felt in a long time. Thus, the idea of WISE was born.
My personal journey has been a challenging one, a painful one, and a joyous one all wrapped up in the thing we call life. I am a proud single mother of 3 young adult children who have had their share of troubles, I am a horseman, I am a wannabe athlete, and I am a fierce defender of women. My experience has led me to develop a coaching program that will teach you to navigate change with confidence, celebrate your resilience, and help you create a life that reflects YOUR passions and defines your purpose. I am really looking forward to working with you.

I have been a premium personal stylist for a high end retail store for the last 10 years. I’ve owned a women’s boutique which afforded me the luxury of many buying trips all over the country. I’ve owned an equine apparel and tack business to support my horse habit.
On a personal note I have two adult children. And one grandchild. I’ve been divorced. I’ve been widowed. I have had many challenges and obstacles thrown my way and I’ve filled my “tool box” with coping skills along the way.
I understand you. I understand where you’ve been. I believe we need that extra hand to help us navigate through those hard times. There is life beyond all of it. And it’s spectacular.
